Not sure where to start, so this is it. I’ve been boiling a collar in the kitchen for the past 2 days. Not boiling the entire time, mostly I boil hot water in the microwave then pour it in the pot, on the make-shift stove-top I have. I found the collar while going through things, like everyone else during the lock-down. I used to wear it ALL THE TIME, and hold it in place with one of my grandfathers cufflinks. It was of my go-to signature looks for awhile there. I’m hardly a clean freak, I kinda tossed it in there because I was bored and wanted to see if all those years of sweat would come out? I’m going to think of its cleansing as a metaphor for my blog- time to clean myself out.
